She can sing, act, and balance on her head while smoking - is there anything Miley Cyrus can't do?

After recently splitting from ex-boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, it seemed the 22-year-old displayed her preferred coping method in an Instagram photo she posted on Tuesday.

Showing off her fit body and clear ability to multitask, the performer held a yoga headstand while smoking what appeared to be a suspiciously rolled cigarette.

Miley's Instagram is littered with photos that have suggested what she is smoking is not exactly a cigar, but none have been as creative as her latest photo.

The yogi superstar showed hidden talent as she held an impressive headstand that showcased the strength of her core and focused on her shoulder and arm muscles.

While some people use yoga to relax and release negative energy, the Wrecking Ball singer took the zen aspect of her workout to another level by smoking while balancing upside down.

Seen numerous times in sports bras and leggings, the toned entertainer appears to be healthy and in great shape.

Her short bleach blonde pixie-cut hair can be let free or tied back in a mini-bun and still stay out of her face during workouts.

She was seen last week bearing her flat stomach in a two piece all black outfit at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

While yoga may not be the only secret to maintaining her amazing physique, recent occasions suggest that her trim waistline will be showcased for most of her upcoming appearances.
