Candidates for this position will have a BS or MS degree in bioengineering/chemical and biological engineering/biotechnology or a related field. Experience with microbial fermentation is a bonus, but training can be provided. The successful candidate will work closely with our R&D; team to help run the bioreactors in the lab, maintain laboratory stock solutions, troubleshoot problems, and help other team members with their endeavors. This position also provides an opportunity to acquire skills in metabolic engineering and strain development!

• BS or MS in bioengineering, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or an engineering degree in an equivalent field.
• Must feel comfortable working in a team environment and excellent people skills are essential.
• Knowledge or experience in chromatography
• Familiarity with microbial fermentation is a plus.
