Tara Reid  once again draws attention to her increasingly skinny frame as she catches up with Celebrity Big Brother pals Jedward in Hollywood

Her dramatic weight loss has prompted increasing concern from fans, but Tara Reid appeared untroubled on Monday afternoon as she caught up with two old friends in Hollywood.

The actress was joined by Irish twins Edward and John Grimes, better known by their collective stage name Jedward, for a trip to a local Mexican restaurant.

Sporting a pair of skinny jeans and cropped black top, Tara, 39, drew further attention to her worryingly slender frame as she laughed and joked with the two brothers.

The actress completed her ensemble with a pair of high-top trainers and blue tinted sunglasses, but it was her lean physique that once again caught the eye.

Strolling alongside Tara, Edward and John looked radically different without their trademark spiky hairstyles, opting instead for matching floppy fringes.

In high spirits, the comical pair were seen giving one another piggy-backs en route to the Hollywood eatery – much to Tara’s amusement.

The former X Factor contestants developed a close bond with the actress while appearing on long-running show Celebrity Big Brother in 2011.

Last Friday Tara posted a bikini-clad snap while enjoying  the final days of her holiday in Mexico's Cabo San Lucas.  

The tiny bikini revealed the actress's thin frame as she posed beside her friend Cookie, who sported a bandeau-style brown bikini.

The Sharknado actress wore her long blonde tresses styled straight, and accessorized with a small gold heart-shaped necklace.

She was smiling in the photo, captioned: 'Had the best time in Cabo for Cookie's birthday but it's time to go home! Bye Cabo Hello LA.'
