Accreditation Score

IAO maintains standards of the highest order and accredits institutes after extensive evaluation of different factors, including:

• Academics
• Faculty
• Facilities
• Students
• Financial Assistance
• Demand in the Job Market
• Foreign Students
• Scholarships
• Number of Programs

The awarding of "IAO Accredited" status is dependent upon the approval of the institute by the IAO Accreditation Committee. Once the Accreditation Committee sends its approval, an electronic document is sent to the institute that contains the institute's Points Profile Score. The document also includes a consultancy report that identifies areas that can be improved and lead to a better Points Profile Score. Printed certificates of accreditation are shipped to the institute within 10 business days.

 

Usage of Site Content

The choice of visiting our website is solely the customer's decision. Any dispute over privacy is subject to this notice and our Terms of Service. This includes limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and the applicable law of state. If the customers have any issues regarding the privacy policy, they should contact us at their best convenience. Our customer service representatives shall be most happy to assist them.

Refund Policy

We guarantee a full refund in case an institute is dissatisfied by IAO's accreditation. The refund can be claimed within 30 days of receiving the printed certificates of accreditation.

 

Your IAO Account

The use of individual customer accounts is solely the responsibility of the user in terms of maintaining the confidentiality of their own account and password and for restricting access to their computer. As such, the customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under "your account" or "password."

 

Liability Limitation

Customers agree that in no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use, misuse, (or inability to use) or performance of this web site or services provided or offered by any means, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Customers further agree that in no event, shall any liability to the company as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving them and the company exceed the fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise.

Clients can access their registered accounts on the website by signing in on our homepage. Once signed in, each client has access to the information he or she has already submitted to us.

 

Information of Consultants and Affiliates

Information shared by IAO's memberships, alliances, chapters, evaluation commission and accredited institutes can be used by IAO to be featured on its website and print collateral in good spirit. However, in case the affiliation no longer exists or on special request, featured information will be removed from the website within 15 days and from print collaterals when the next printing batch of publications is scheduled.

 

 

Correspondence Fraud

You agree that IAO is not liable for any correspondence from email address(es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. "…@iao.org" or/and any toll free number that is not mentioned on our website. IAO should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility of any communication through email address(es) under our own domain name or/and via toll free number i.e. already mentioned on IAO's Website.
