She's been accused of texting while driving on more than one occasion - and now Kendall Jenner has been pictured with her phone in her hand while behind the wheel once again.

The 19-year-old model appeared to be engrossed in the device as she shaded her eyes with a pair on sunglasses and wore a simple white T-shirt.

While it's unclear whether the car was being driven at the time, it's not the first time Kendall has raised eyebrows with her antics behind the wheel.

In August 2012, she was accused of texting while driving, a move which a witness claimed nearly ran them off the road.

'The car was all over the lane. I thought the driver was intoxicated!' a concerned Los Angeles commuter told Star magazine.

Then in March 2013, RadarOnline reported that an eyewitness spotted the reality star texting and chatting with her passenger as she manoeuvred the windy roads of Malibu.

Something important? The 19-year-old appeared to be fairly engrossed in the device as she sat in her car

The offence carries a hefty charge in California, running as high as $200 for first offenders.

Drivers under the age of 18 are prohibited altogether from using a phone even with a hands-free kit, and are charged higher fees as well.

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Kendall Jenner for further information.

She's not the only member of her family to come under fire for such behaviour.

Her father Bruce Jenner was seen talking on his phone while driving in Los Angeles in February for the second time since being involved in a fatal accident earlier that month.

The 65-year-old Olympic gold medallist had his phone pressed to his left ear while driving his two-door black Porsche.

He also was spotted using his cell phone while driving just three days after being involved in the fatal accident on February 7 on Pacific Coast Highway.

Be a Balmain for H&M babe like Kendall

Every once in a while something comes along that makes life worth living again and today that was news of the upcoming Balmain collaboration with H&M!

Finally, the moment we've all been waiting for.

Kendall and Kylie broke the news by wearing pieces from the collection: Kendall in a heavily pearled black velvet blazer and Kylie in a black and gold striped mini dress with accent shoulder pads (of course).

Kylie's dress was cute but this blazer, repeat, THIS BLAZER- TO DIE FOR. Some of the H&M's previous collaborations (we're not naming names!) fell a little flat, not giving us the same level of style which we so loved in their runway looks.

But, if Kendall's jacket is any indication to what the rest of the collection may be, it looks like we're off to a great start. Already this piece looks to carry the same craftsmanship that we've always loved in Balmain.
