Even in the final stretch of her pregnancy, Ashlee Simpson has remained firmly committed to her fitness.

The 30-year-old showed off her huge baby bump in her signature all-black gym gear when she left yet another workout in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Ashlee had clearly been put through the paces, and had rosy cheeks while clutching a water bottle as she made her way out of the gym.

The Autobiography singer was make-up free and her platinum blonde locks were tied loosely to one side in a braid..

Ashlee also wore a pair of circular sunglasses and a black leather tote that slung over her shoulder.

While the hit-maker stuck to her favourite black workout wear, she added a splash of colour with her navy blue coat.

Though Ashlee was not seen with her new husband Evan Ross, the actor was clearly on Ashlee's mind.

The newlyweds are rarely seen apart and on Monday, Ashlee provided a glimpse of their light-hearted relationship.

'My baby @realevanross is trying to do a #selfie but I'm super focused on the menu. #breakfastforourbaby,' she captioned an Instagram snap of the pair inside a restaurant.

The couple married in August 2014 after 11 months of dating at the Connecticut estate of Evan’s mother, Diana Ross.

Ashlee and Evan announced in January that they are expecting their first child together, and revealed the following month that they are having a girl.

Ashlee is also mother to son Bronx, six, from her previous marriage to Pete Wentz.

Evan's career is expanding along with his family, and he is reprising his role as Messalla in the final Hunger Games film, Mockingjay – Part 2, which hits cinemas in November.
