Christina Aguilera comes over all ditzy as she dresses up as old rival Britney Spears in spoof for The Voice

Christina Aguilera used to battle for top spot on the charts against Britney Spears in the late Nineties, and on Tuesday she poked a little fun at her former rival in a promo video for The Voice.

The 34-year-old donned Britney's iconic Baby One More Time costume, as she mimicked the star's voice, and played dumb in the two-minute clip.

She showed off her knack for impressions, as she also impersonated Sia, Cher, Lady Gaga, and Miley Cyrus in the comical video.

'Hey y'all, join Team Britney, it'll be super fun. Join Team Britney, b**ch,' Christina says, as she pretends to be the Pretty Girls hitmaker.

She sports blonde pigtails, which are embellished with pink ribbons as well as puffy pink hair clips, similar to those the southern star wore in her 1998 video for Baby One More Time.

She also dons a white button down - worn unbuttoned to show off her cleavage - and a fitted brown sweater, as she pokes fun at her former rival by acting a bit ditzy.

At one point the star playfully hits the button - which activates the red judge's chair, spinning it back around, after which she gleefully yells: 'Oh my god, again, again!'

She continued to poke fun at her former rival - the pair, who had also starred on the Mickey Mouse Club together as children - had consecutive No. 1 singles with Britney's Baby One More Time first in 1998, followed by Christina's Genie in a Bottle a year later in 1999.

Asking of the blind auditions, she said: 'How do the singers know that you turned around if everybody's blind?'

However, Britney wasn't the only pop star that Christina impersonated in the video, as it actually begins with The Voice judge dressed as Miley Cyrus.

'On my team, you're gonna learn how to twerk. We're gonna slap it up, flip it, rub it down. It's gonna be a party in the USA, y'all,' she says, while sporting tight top knots and holding a foam finger, reminiscent of the former Disney Channel star's unforgettable 2013 MTV Video Music Awards performance.

She also dressed as Sia, sporting her strange 2015 Grammy's ensemble, which she played up, pretending she couldn't see where to stand, as she was flanked by a mini-me, similar to Sia's muse Maddie Ziegler.

Christina was also carried in, in a full-body red lace ensemble, mimicking Lady Gaga's Alexander McQueen getup from the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

'Yeah, it's a little awkward,' she quips, as the man carrying her struggles to figure out how to put the pop diva down in the judge's seat.

She pokes fun at Shakira by using a lot of hand gestures, as she simply spits out a series of large, descriptive words: 'mellifluous, vibrato, beguiling.'

'I bet you like your coaches like you like your coffee - spicy and Colombian. That was good, no?' she quips.

Big hair and contouring then turn Christina into legendary diva Cher, who asks: 'Are you kidding me? I have an Oscar for god's sake, an Emmy, a Tony...'

She feels put out by her lowly fellow judges, such as Blake Shelton ('Who's Blake Shelding?') and Adam Levine ('Is that my accountant?').

Meanwhile, she has Sia's guest dancing circles around her, and plays a picky Lady Gaga, asking to change the chair because she has 'a meat dress that's going to stick to this thing like saran wrap.'

The promo was released ahead of Tuesday's season 8 finale of The Voice.
