They are rumoured to have recently become engaged - and there is little doubt that Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs spend every moment they can together.

The loved-up duo took a romantic stroll around the Soho neighbourhood of New York on Tuesday after enjoying lunch together at trendy eatery Jack's Wife Freda.

The 29-year-old Twilight hunk kept it casual in a white T-shirt and blue trousers and covered up in a dark jacket and grey beanie.

So in love: Robert Pattinson and fiancee FKA twigs took a stroll in New York on Tuesday

twigs, aka Tahliah Barnett, wore a floaty white sundress but added some edge with chunky black shoes.

She pinned up half of her curly brunette locks and sported hoop earrings - as well as her signature nose ring.

The night before, Robert headed out solo for a screening of Heaven Knows What at the Celeste Bartos Theater at the Museum Of Modern Art.

Inseperable: twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, looked summery in a white sundress as the duo enjoyed lunch and a spot of shopping

As he hit the red carpet, Robert's lady love was performing the second of her three-night gig for her dance piece Congregata at Brooklyn Hangar.

twigs, 27, recently revealed she has had a tough time accepting all that comes with romancing the world famous movie hunk.

'It's really hard - I can't begin to explain how awful it is,' the Grammy-nominated singer lamented to the New York Times this week.

The R&B songstress admitted she's especially sensitive to the more racist comments coming from his outraged fans online.

'It's relentless,' twigs told the newspaper.

'There's no amount of songs I can sing or dances I can dance that will prove to them I’m not a monkey.'

But still, the Two Weeks singer admits Robert is 'worth it.'

'I'm so happy,' she said. 'I didn't see my life going this way at all, but it's worth it.'

FKA twigs has plenty to look forward to, after recently being nominated in the Best International Act: UK category at the upcoming BET Awards at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on June 28.

The talented musician is set to face Fuse ODG, Lethal Bizzle, Little Simz, MNEK and Stormzy in the category, with the ceremony to premiere in the UK on BET at 9pm on June 30.
