According to reports, Raber was a passenger in car that was pulled over by  state troopers.

After law enforcement let the driver go, it's alleged that Raber stuck his head out of the car window and drunkenly yelled obscenities at the troopers.

The cops then followed the vehicle to a nearby home where, according to TMZ, Raber got into a screaming match with the driver who had apparently driven him home from a bar.

The reality star was arrested and charged.
