'Visiting Papa on set!': Chris Hemsworth is the ultimate doting dad as his darling daughter India surprises him while filming his new fairy tale flick

He's the proud father of a darling daughter and a very cute set of twin boys.

And on Saturday, a collective sigh could be heard from women the world over when Elsa Pataky snapped a positively precious photograph of her heartthrob husband, Chris Hemsworth cradling his little girl.

The 38-year-old Spanish stunner took their three-year-old daughter India to the lush English set of her 31-year-old father's latest film project on Saturday.

The genetically-blessed duo and their brood are in the UK where Chris is filming The Huntsman, a sequel to the 2012 Snow White and The Huntsman, alongside Mad Max star Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt. 

'Visiting Papa on set!! #happydays #londongreen #thehuntsman #papaehija #lovethem,' Elsa wrote alongside a whimsical snap of the father-daughter moment.

Dressed from head-to-toe in his Huntsman costume, Chris wrapped his arm around little India who sat on his knee, as they chatted sweetly in a lush green field.

Moody clouds hung like a canopy above the thick woods that draped the foreground.

Absent from the shot were the couple's one-year-old twins, boys Tristan and Sasha, as well as Elsa who was busy working the camera.

The gorgeous family have been spotted out and about in the UK, where they have based themselves for now.

Elsa has documented their stay in London via her Instagram account, were she often posts snaps of her and the children enjoying the spoils of the lush location.

Their move to the other side of the world comes shortly after the family of five spent the Australian summer Down Under.

They set themselves up in the uber cool Byron Bay on the NSW North Coast.

A week ago, she shared a snap on social media of them spending some time at the park with her 14-month-old twin boys, Sasha and Tristan.

'Back in London! Enjoying the sunny days,' she wrote while also adding the same line in her native tongue for her Spanish followers.

Earlier this month, the handsome pair celebrated their eldest child, India Rose's third birthday where Elsa posted a bilingual Instagram tribute to their offspring in honour of her big day.

Next to an image of her laying on a beach with her daughter resting on her back, the Spanish beauty wrote:

'Happy birthday little girl!! If I could give you one thing in life, I would give you the ability to see yourself through my eyes.

'Only then would you realise how special you are to me!'

Elsa and Chris tied the knot in December 2010 after meeting earlier that year through their representatives.
