Kris Jenner shares text exchange with Rob Kardashian as he continues to shun the spotlight

Rob Kardashian has been out of the spotlight while battling depression and a 100lbs weight gain.

But Kris Jenner gave a glimpse into the family’s relationship with the 28-year-old reclusive reality star over the weekend.

The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch and ‘momager’ shared a text message exchange between herself, Rob and three of his sisters.

The texts showed the famous family professing their love and coming up with various affectionate names for each other.

Kris, 59, sent a message to Rob, which said: ‘Rob my boooooo.’

Kourtney, 36, then chimed in: ‘Love u Khloe Khloe!!’ to which the 30-year-old replied: ‘I love you korky.’

Rob texted back: ‘Love u all babies,’ and Kourtney replied: ‘Love u rob dawggy dizzle.’

Kris posted a screenshot of the bizarre conversation to her Instagram page on Saturday, and captioned it: ‘Kendall's texts are cut off at the top and Kylie is on a plane... but this is how fun and silly my family's text chains are on a daily .. Sorry guys I had to #itjustgoesonandon.’

Rob, who has gained over 100lbs in the last year alone, has barely been spotted since he left Europe last May after deciding not to attend sister Kim’s wedding at the last minute.

The sock entrepreneur, who is currently living with Khloe, was seen two months later looking significantly larger.

An episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians last month saw Kris break down in tears as she said she feels helpless towards getting Rob better.

'If I don't help him do something drastic, he's going to die,' Kris shared to eldest daughters Kim and Kourtney. 'I'm just waiting for this horrible thing to happen and there's nothing we can do about it.'

Injecting some tough love, Kim said: 'He obviously has some kind of depression. He is the king of excuses. I'm the only that's really tough on with him so he probably avoids me the most.'

Kim discussed her little brother – who is the youngest child of Kris and the late Robert Kardashian – in an interview later that month.

'I think he's just going through a phase where he's not comfortable in his own skin,' she told the Today show’s Matt Lauer. And he is working really hard to get back to where he wants to be.'

When asked if her family's life in the spotlight was the root of the problem, Kim replied: 'I don't necessarily think it's because of the fame. I think it's been circumstances in his life that he just really hasn't dealt with.

'Whether it's, you know, the loss of our father, or certain breakups, or, you know, he was extremely close to Lamar [Odom] and when, you know, Khloe and him broke up, that was really hard on him. So I think it was a couple things.'

The Kardashian klan flock to Paris for Kim's wedding

Rob recently posted, and then deleted, a photo on Instagram in which he compared Kim to the ‘b***h from Gone Girl’, aka murderous psychopath Amy Dunne.

He famously had a very bitter break-up with Rita Ora in 2012, and accused her of cheating on him with 20 men – later admitting that he had been exaggerating.

Rob recently deleted all the photos from his Instagram account except for the most recent, a tribute to rapper Chinx following his death last week.
