Bobby Flay and Stephanie March's divorce battle is off to the races... as Law & Order star 'claims chef gave HER racehorse but HE pocketed winnings'

The nasty split between Bobby Flay and Stephanie March continues to get uglier with new allegations surfacing Tuesday as the actress fights to overturn their prenuptial agreement.

According to TMZ, March, 40, claims the celebrity chef bought her a racehorse in 2009 as a fourth wedding anniversary present but he held on to its winnings.

The Law & Order star alleges Flay, 50, kept about $130,000 in prize money won by the horse Dad's Crazy and made another $60,000 when he sold it.

The gossip website reports that Flay admits he registered Dad's Crazy in his estranged wife's name but he denies he pocketed the purses.

The 10-year marriage between the two celebrities has descended into acrimony as they fight over money.

Flay filed for divorce on April 10 saying the marriage has 'irretrievably broken down.'

He has vehemently denied a report last month in New York Post's Page Six that the break up is the result of him having an affair with his 28-year-old assistant Elyse Tirrel.

Under the terms of a prenuptial agreement, March is entitled to $5,000 a month in spousal support following a divorce but the actress argues that it's not enough, especially as she has cut back on her career due to ill health.

She has suffered from a burst appendix and three infections, which she has allegedly claimed in court has prevented her from working as an actress.

But her estranged husband claims her health issues are caused by her decision to undergo breast augmentation surgery, according toTMZ.

Sick: March, 40, claims she's too ill to work after undergoing an appendectomy and suffering three infections and wants more than the $5,000 a month spousal support agreed in the couple's prenuptial agreement.  Flay, 50, says her health woes are the result of plastic surgery to enhance her breasts

In another line of attack, March is also claiming that she's the reason Flay has become such a success and is now worth an estimated $20 million.

When they first met, March was the bigger star, having made a name as Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Cabot in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

She has appeared in 96 episodes of the long-running drama between 2000 and 2012.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, March claims Flay told her she has 'an amazing palate' and would rely on her try out his recipes

The documents specifically cite Flay's NYC restaurant, Bar American, as a venture that March had a hand in making successful.

It's also claimed March persuaded Flay to include tapas on the menu at his restaurant Bolo, which earned three stars from the New York Times.
