Justin Bieber claims he's NOT religious... but discusses his 'cool' relationship with God and quotes the Bible on Instagram

He was raised a Christian, and now claims to be 'not religious'.

But it seems Justin Bieber is still spending a lot of time working out his beliefs.

In a post on his Instagram account on Tuesday, the pop star shared with fans his thoughts on God, and even posted a psalm from the Bible.

Justin added a picture of himself sat down in the woods reading from a book that went along with the lengthy caption.

After sharing Pslam 43, Justin mused: 'I'm not religious nor do i think I have ANYTHING figured out. that's why I call out on God to help me through what I can't do on my own.'

It is not the first time Justin - who is understood to be a Christian - has talked about his faith.

Last year, Justin talked Jesus and God's forgiveness in a Christian rap video by Brandon Burke.

Justin continued in his post on Tuesday: 'Developing my relationship with God has been the coolest thing I've experienced, to know that I'm not alone and I don't have to live in fear.'

He added: 'Never feel like I'm pushing anything on u but sharing the good news I've felt in my own life.'

Justin's thoughts on religious come just a few days after he posted a video of himself crooning the classic Boys II Men hit I'll Make Love To You. 

The Baby singer showed impressive range as he executed his vocal runs all throughout the song.

Bieber, ever so proud of his performance, even posted video clips on Instagram to show off his perfect pipes.
