Bruce Jenner attempts to get wrongful death lawsuit thrown out by judge after car crash victim's stepchildren seek payout

Bruce Jenner says the stepkids of the woman who died in his Malibu car crash don't deserve to benefit financially from her death at his expense.

TMZ reported Wednesday that the transgender reality star, 65, is vowing not to give them 'a single penny' and wants a judge to throw out the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Dana Redmond, 60, and William Howe, 57.

The pair have claimed in the suit filed that they suffered 'great losses' as a result of the February death of their 69-year-old stepmother Kim Howe.

Bruce claims that the adult stepchildren had little contact with Howe at the time of her death, didn't depend on her to provide or pay for essential things such as food, shelter, clothing or medical treatment, and therefore didn't lose anything as the result of her death.

TMZ had previously reported that friends of Howe, who lived in Calabasas like Bruce's ex-wife and daughters, said she hadn't spoken with her stepchildren in years.

The former decathlete describes the car crash on Pacific Coast Highway that took Howe's life as a 'terrible tragedy.'

Authorities in Los Angeles said the crash on Pacific Coast Highway on February 7 occurred when Bruce's sport utility vehicle allegedly rear-ended Howe's white Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic.

Her vehicle was struck by a Hummer traveling in the opposite direction and she died at the scene.

The lawsuit filed by Redmond and William Howe claims the Olympic gold medalist was negligent when he collided with their stepmother's car. It doesn't specify how much money they are seeking in compensation.

Bruce is still incredibly wealthy following his divorce from third wife Kris, with whom he shared an estimated $125 million fortune.

He has not been charged in the case.

Earlier this month, Bruce revealed on a two-part Keeping Up With The Kardashians special that he plans to start living as a woman.

It followed the ABC sit down interview with Diane sawyer in which he revealed that he's been gender conflicted since a child and has always felt inside that he is female.

Standing firm: The transgender former decathlete, who shared $125 million fortune with ex-wife Kris, claimed Kim Howe's stepkids had no contact with her and have no cause to seek financial compensation for her loss
