MIC's Rosie Fortescue shares secrets behind her taut torso as she hangs upside down in video of intense workout session

As well as an impeccable sense of style, Rosie Fortescue also boasts an enviably toned body - and she's now showing just how she's achieved it.

The Made In Chelsea star, 25, took to her Instagram account to share a video of herself taking on a gravity-defying workout as she hung upside down for a set of inverted situps on Wednesday.

As dance music loudly blared in the background, she was seen wearing SukiShufu leatherback chrome leggings, a patterned sports bra and protective goggles as she was put through her paces.

With her muscular personal trainer, Danny Osborne, monitoring her progress, Rosie carefully repeated her curled manoeuvre for the tough workout.

Uploading the brief clip to her social media account, the fashion designer wrote that she was doing 'inverted situps on crack'.

Two days earlier, the brunette beauty shared another video, this time set in slow motion, showing her seamlessly going from sitting position to leaping onto a black box.

Back in February, Rosie spoke with the Daily Star about her commitment to fitness.

'I go to this gym near where I live with Millie (Mackintosh) actually,' she said. 'We go to classes and you do things like ballet and Pilates, it's really fun.

'I do enjoy working out, I can just zone out and it's obviously good for your body and your mind so I do enjoy it.'

That said, the TV personality did admit to having one or two dietary vices.

She added: 'I'm obsessed with cheese and at the weekend I ate a whole block of cheese with chilli jam and that was just a snack.

'I love banana bread too, it's my favourite. I just love food, I love everything about it. But I'm quite lucky because I do have a fast metabolism.'
