She dubbed him her 'soul mate' while celebrating his 32nd birthday just a few days ago.

And Kourtney Kardashian, 36, proved that she and her partner Scott Disick - who have had their fair share of ups and downs - are strong as ever on Friday.

The two were seen affectionately holding hands as they stepped out to go furniture shopping in North Hollywood, California.

Kourtney appeared comfortable chic in a pair of tattered skinny denim dungarees which she threw on over a loose white blouse.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added some height to her 5ft figure by sporting a pair of sporty black shoes featuring chunky gold and white platform wedge heels.

The mother-of-three accessorised her look with a black Chanel handbag and minimal jewels, as her eyes were concealed with black shades.

In sync: The two even appeared to be walking at the same pace, step by step

It takes a confident woman to pair skinny overalls with cleated platform wood sneakers with a patent finish! Kourtney Kardashian has no shame in her shoe game and she strutted her 1970's platforms in North Hollywood, California with her hubby, Scott Disick.

Now, the shoes by itself are unique and would be adorable with a skater skirt or some bell bottoms...with that being said, Kourtney's overalls could have been a great option except that they look like high waters on her and it looks like she's wearing clown shoes.

The key with platforms is to wear flared jeans, because it won't emphasis the length of the shoe and make your feet look huge.

The great thing about platforms is that you can go from "Saturday Night Fever" to "Clueless" in a matter of minutes.

Kourtney appeared to be in tip-top form, as she's been keen on shaping up her post-baby body by regularly hitting the gym.

She gave birth to her and Scott's third child Reign on December 14th.

The couple also have a five-year-old son Mason and two-year-old daughter Penelope.

On Tuesday, Kourt shared a sweet snap of her beloved beau cosying up to her son Mason.

'Happy happy birthday to my handsome, hilarious, sweet soul mate,' the image read.

Later, the two relished a romantic dinner at Nobu in Malibu.

Scott shared an Instagram pic from inside the ocean front restaurant, as the couple dined by candlelight, simply captioning the photo 'Best.'

The star has had a rollercoaster year, checking into a Costa Rican rehab facility in March after his problems with alcohol resurfaced.

Kourtney has stuck by her partner of nine years though, and Scott seems to be getting closer to his partner, after suffering for years with his out-of-control lifestyle.

Birthday week: Scott just turned 32 on May 26

Speaking with People magazine on Monday, he confessed he has not yet seen a birthday gift from Kourtney, who helped him host his birthday event at 1OAK in Las Vegas on Saturday.

When asked if he deserves one, Disick joked, 'Hard to say.'

Because he already celebrated his big day in Sin City, he revealed a big bash back at home in Calabasas was not likely.

'We'll probably just do a little barbecuing at the house,' he said. 'Nothing too crazy.'
