And Alessandra Ambrosio seems to be enjoying life in Rio de Janeiro as she was spotted taking a ride on the wild side on Friday morning.

The gorgeous 34-year-old rode on the back of a friend's motorbike as the sun rose over the South American city.

The Victoria's Secret Angel bared her toned midriff in a crop top, white pedal pusher leggings, and athletic trainers.

Pulling her hair back into a ponytail the supermodel wore dark sunglasses but kept her arms bare - wearing only a helmet as protection during the dangerous ride. 

Her riding companion was equally daring in basketball shorts, sneakers and a simple black vest.

The night before Alessandra attended the launch party of Secret Truths' new soap opera of Globo in Sao Paulo for which the model is part of the cast.

Alessandra takes on the role of an ex-top model named Semia in soap opera Rede Globo's Secret Truths, which debuts in the country this month.

The mum previously enjoyed an acting role in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sequel, which will hit theaters June 3, 2016.

On the night, the stunner said: 'It's the first time I have character instead of playing myself. I am learning everything as I go. I do not consider myself an actress, I model and I'm trying something new.'

It was recently revealed that as a Victoria's Secret Angel, Alessandra will be returning to New York this year for a special 20th anniversary event.

On Wednesday People reported that the much-loved lingerie brand Victoria's Secret is set to bring the show back to New York, where the first ever Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show took place, for the fifteenth time.

Victoria’s Secret veterans Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo and of course, Alessandra, are all expected to walk in the show, which debuted in 1995.
