While she may be known for her beauty and catwalk skills but Cindy Crawford is also a secret real estate mogul.

The model along with her entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber has just listed their Malibu, California, home for $15.45 million.

While it is no shock that a Hollywood power couple may have such a pricey property in their possession, what is jaw dropping is the profit they stand to make when it sells.

Variety reports the home's list price is more than two and a half times what they paid for it less than a year ago.

Adding house flipper and interior decorator to her long list of titles, the 49-year-old has completely renovated the three story house in the hopes of getting almost $10m more for it.

In the months she has had the home, Cindy has certainly created a fantastic property.

Perched above Point Dume, the house features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms within its 5,400-square-feet of living space.

Offering both privacy and views - which is rare amongst the lower down Malibu beachfront homes - the house is sits on 1.41 acres.

According to Variety, Cindy's place is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has as neighbours Julia Roberts, Red Hot Chili Pepper's Chad Smith, saxophonist Kenny G, and the consciously uncoupled Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

Variety revealed last week the extraordinarily good looking couple just dropped an astonishing $50.5m on a piece of property at the nearby Encinal Bluffs.

The exclusively priced piece of land is right next to their other home so they will now be able to create a compound with their additional 5.9 acres.

The model and her businessman beau also own some more property in the area including a beach cottage that rents for $45,000 a month.

The couple also share a Mexican compound with best friend George Clooney.
