Kristen Bell accidentally ordered an UberPool on Thursday.

So the 34-year-old decided on the best solution she could think of - to live-tweet the entire ride with as many jokes as possible thrown in.

Kristen bemoaned how 'awkward' the affordable carpool service experience was, but admitted things improved when her fellow passenger began singing along to the radio.

'Didn't know @uber had a carpool option, but my driver just pulled over and said "gotta pick someone else up",' the actress shared. 'This should be fun.'

She then joked:'Come to think of it, i did press "pool" but i thought it was a fun summer reference. like how @google changes fonts to celebrate holidays.'

Unfortunately, things weren't quite as fun as Kristen had hoped they would be.

'Noone is talking,' she tweeted. 'This silence is the only thing more awkward than if all of us were talking.'

Kristen added: 'If I'm not home in 10 minutes pls call the police and tell them i was last seen in a honda accord with 2 males mutes.'

Things became vastly more entertaining for the Frozen star when the man she was sharing the ride with began belting out Jon Bon Jovi's biggest hit.

'Breaking News: one of them is singing. "take my hand, well make it swear. uhhhUUHH! livin on a prayer!"' she tweeted. 'He appears to know all the words to the verses as well. pretty impressive.'

Kristen wasn't afraid to poke fun at herself during the live-tweeting session, and in particular how she had no idea how the money saving share-ride feature worked.

After passing by someone who Kristen said looked as though they were wearing either 'a bulletproof vest or half a Star Wars costume', she joked that she was worried her fellow passenger would be coming to her home.

'Not sure where the other rider is headed but were getting close to my house. then it occurs to me "WHAT IF HES COMING OVER?" she told her 1.79million followers.

But three minutes later, they arrived at the man's destination.

'Ok he's opening the door and getting out. a little too close to this garbage can for my taste,' Kristen teased.

The Veronica Mars actress was dropped home a few minutes later, after she had spent half an hour documenting her Uber experience on Twitter.

'Alright I'm pulling up safe and sound. thank you for the ride, emanuel. it was full of surprises,' Kristen shared.
