He's just recovered from losing his voice on tour, but Adam Levine might also be leaving a few fans speechless.  

The Maroon 5 frontman tweeted on Saturday, 'We dropped our new video...' but it seems that's not all he's dropped.

The 36-year-old singer is baring his naked backside in the video to brand new single This Summer's Gonna Hurt Like A Mother******.

The impressive music video is filmed in one continuous shot which opens with the Voice judge emerging naked from the shower, exposing his many tattoos and pert posterior.

He then drops his towel completely, flashing his backside, before getting dressed.

The rocker is then seen running through backstage and preparing to go on stage before finishing up singing live in front of an excited crowd.

The band have built up a reputation of creating attention with their music videos - their previous wedding crashers video for single Sugar has had 500 million views. 

And their controversial blood splattered video for Animals was slammed for promoting sexual violence against women. 

The single is the latest from their hit album V which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s TOP 200 chart.

The band are currently on tour in the UK, but had to cancel Friday night's show in Liverpool after Adam was placed on vocal rest by doctors.

He took to Twitter to apologise: 'Guys, I HATE having to let you down tonight. My cords [sic] are toast. We resume Sunday in Birmingham. Apologies. :('

Adam then recovered to tweet on Saturday, 'Feeling Better today. Saw The Doc. Resuming tour in Birmingham tomorrow! We're Baaaack!;

He has been joined by his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, on the European leg of the group's tour. 

In February the Voice judge revealed that the couple are planning to have a baby next Spring.
