She was made up flawlessly as she stepped out to celebrate her beau Nick Young's 30th birthday in Los Angeles on Friday night.

But there was no hiding what looked to be a yellow/purplish mark on the side of the Iggy Azalea's face.

The mark was further highlighted by remnants of red lipstick stains on the Aussie rapper's cheek.

It comes after Iggy, who had a breast enhancement earlier this year, prompted speculation she had undergone more plastic surgery procedures as she arrived at the Billboard Awards, last month.

The difference in the Australian star's profile was difficult to ignore as she she posed stoic-faced on the red carpet at the Sin City event.

It appeared as though that perhaps the Fancy star had undergone a rhinoplasty procedure, with the tip of the nose and the bridge shaved down.

Iggy's jaw also looked slightly different, a squarer shape more apparent.

The blonde Aussie star's outing on Friday came after she cancelled her US tour without giving an exact excuse.

She looked unfazed by the ruckus she'd caused after cancelling her highly-anticipated The Great Escape tour via email and Twitter.

Arriving at Playhouse Nightclub alongside the birthday boy, the 24-year-old gave a wry smile to photographers while Nick watched on, laughing in amusement.

For her night out with her man, the buxom blonde slithered her famous curves into an electric blue tube skirt that sat above her navel and finished to skim against her knees.

The vibrant piece accentuated Iggy's voluptuous derriere and taut tummy on the balmy spring night.

Paired with a somewhat preppy royal blue knit pencil skirt, with green and white hem stripes, it's evident Iggy has a style of her own. She wears crimson pointy pumps, a bold choice that contrasts nicely with the skirt's deep blue color.

For a final touch, she slipped her feet into a pair of crimson pointed pumps that showed off her toned, alabaster pins to a tee.

Iggy's night out came hours after she cancelled her world tour via email to ticket holders.

The official statement read: 'The Iggy Azalea Great Escape Tour scheduled for this fall has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. There will be a new tour planned around Iggy‘s new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience'.

The rapper was supposed to kick off her string of American shows on September 18 in San Diego, after having previously planned to start her tour in California on April 14.

In March a statement released by Def Jam records announced the tour has been postponed for five months.

'The tour getting pushed back only means that it'll be way more amazing than it would've been in April. Good things take time' a spokesperson posted to the rapper's Twitter account on her behalf.

A statement explained further that the cancellation was due to 'production delays' and 'to accommodate for creative team availability and tour production plans'.

'It is extremely important to Iggy that she delivers the show she envisaged to share with her fans and that requires more time in development,' it continued.

Iggy's tour cancellation news comes after she picked up the top rap song gong at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.
