She's proved she can belt out the high notes in her role as Fat Amy in the Pitch Perfect films.

And on Sunday Australian actress Rebel Wilson showed she can also perfect her pitch when she's not on stage, but rather on the baseball field.

The 35-year-old was seen pitching during the Miami Marlins versus New York Mets game, attending the match with How To Be Single co-star Leslie Mann, as well as her rumoured new boyfriend Mickey Gooch.

Micky, who has reportedly joined the cast of Rebel's romantic comedy flick, took to Instagram with a cute snap of the pair at the game, captioning the image: '#citivision w/ @rebelwilson and @Lesliemann #LetsgoMETS'.

The fun selfie showed both Rebel and Mickey staring into the camera with their mouths open as they pulled gobsmacked expressions.

Truly sporting the New York Mets, both Rebel and Mickey wore team colours, with the blonde actress seen sporting a red and white cap embellished with blue sequins.

Meanwhile Mickey wore a blue T-shirt and a matching cap scrawled with the sporting team's logo.

Fellow actress Leslie, 43, was spotted in the background, donning a pair of dark sunglasses similar to Rebel's.

Mickey and Leslie were quite the enthusiastic cheer squad, as Rebel descended onto the Citi Field in New York to get further involved in the game.

Meanwhile Leslie took on the role of sports commentator, clutching onto a microphone and a sleek black bat while stunning in a monochrome striped T-shirt tucked into dark skinny jeans.

With Mickey on hand at the game, the dark-haired actor may very well have taken the fun snap.

Rebel and Micky have been taking some time recently to enjoy each other's company in the Big Apple.

The pair, who fuelled dating rumours earlier this month after posting a range of loved-up snaps on social media, enjoyed a romantic dinner at the restaurant Beauty & Essex, according to E! News.

'The reservation was under his name,' the source told the entertainment website.

'They were definitely acting like a couple. Not too much PDA but hand holding and a kiss now and then. No cocktails, just drank water,' they continued.

The romantic dinner came after the couple enjoyed a night out at the Rangers game, where they sported matching red, blue and white jerseys earlier this month.
