Another great escape? Prison Break limited revival series 'is in the works... with Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller set to return' 

Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell are apparently set to return in a revival of the popular Fox show Prison Break.

Miller, 42, and Purcell, 45, starred as brothers for four seasons in the popular crime drama.

Fox is developing a limited series revival of the show that aired from 2005 to 2009, according to an article on Tuesday by TVLine.

The new Prison Break series would be similar to the 24: Live Another Day series that Fox aired last year in 12 episodes.

Miller since Prison Break has been playing the villainous Captain Cold on The CW network's superhero show The Flash.

Purcell later reunited with Miller on The Flash portraying villain Heat Wave.

Both actors were set to reprise their roles later this year in The CW spin-off Legends Of Tomorrow.

The spin-off will air during the 2015-2016 midseason.

Miller portrayed tattooed Michael Scofield in Prison Break while Purcell portrayed his brother Lincoln Burrows who was sentenced to death after being framed for murder.

Prison Break debuted in August 2005 and immediately was embraced by viewers and critics alike.

The show won the 2006 People's Choice Award for Favorite New TV Drama.

It also was nominated for the 2005 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series Drama.
