She's owned up to tummy tucks and breast augmentation in the past but Kim Zolciak is slamming reports that she's gone further and had a full facelift.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, 37, shared a photo of herself on Instagram last Saturday in which she shows off an extremely youthful - and different-looking - face.

In response, RadarOnline asked some top plastic surgeons what they thought and the verdict was a unanimous 'yes she has' undergone a 'full facelift'.

But Kim hit back on Twitter on Tuesday saying the claims were 'ridiculous.'

'Top doctors my a**! I have not had surgery on my face period!!!!' Kim tweeted Tuesday morning.

However, cosmetic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Zolciak, tells RadarOnline there appears little doubt she's had extensive work done.

'Her nose looks refined, thinner, straighter, and shorter than it used to be. I suspect that she had a surgical rhinoplasty to accomplish this,' Youn said.

'It also appears that she underwent an endoscopic browlift. Her eyebrows look moderately elevated, and her hairline looks like it's moved back a centimeter or so, a classic sign or an endoscopic browlift.'

The doctor adds the Real Housewife may also have had cheek implants because her neck and jawline look tighter.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Susan Evans says Kim's smoother complexion may be the result of a facelift or possibly fillers.

'I would not exclude cheek bone enhancement,' Evans said, adding it's 'a lot of work for an already pretty youthful looking celeb.'

The mother-of-six, who's married to Atlanta Falcons football player Kroy Biermann, has made no secret previously of going under the knife for a little cosmetic help.

She revealed last year on her RHOA spinoff series Don't Be Tardy that that she has had a tummy tuck and more than one breast augmentation.

And February, the 37-year-old bragged on Instagram 'My cleavage is bought and paid for thank you,' as she posed wearing a plunging T-shirt.

However, just a couple of months later, she took to her social media accounts to slam rumors she had plastic surgery on her nose after receiving comments claiming it looked altered in a selfie photo.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta cast member fired back by comparing her natural nose to that of her daughters Brielle and Kaia's noses and writing: 'I guess we ALL had nose jobs!'

Last week, she also hit back at 'haters' who accused her of using Photoshop to alter some of her selfie images to make herself look slimmer and curvier.

'We all have the same 24hrs so: If you don't like being over weight go on a diet; if you don't like your small boobs buy some,' she wrote.

She knows what she likes! The blonde shared a selfie and said 'a wig is so much easier for me!'

She then added the caption: 'Haters this is for you! If I don't like something in my life I fix it! Where there's a WILL there is a WAY! Figure it out!'

Later, Kim posted a selfie to her page and shared what her fans know well - that she loves wigs.

She wrote: 'Real hair don't care ?? I love my hair but a wig is so much easier for me! They can be curled off my head and just put on and I'm ready to roll!
