Jody and Jeff Brooks (pictured center in the home dealing with the infestation) and their children moved into their Annapolis, Maryland home in December but when the weather began warming up earlier this year, they learned they were not there alone. They found eight black rat snakes, numerous snake skins and trails of snake feces - and despite spending $50,000 to try to get rid of them, they were forced to move in with family in April. They are now hoping to get out of their bank loan and hope to sue their realtor and former homeowner, whom they claim knew about the issue but never mentioned it. The Big Picture: Google wants to build a futuristic see-through dome

The curious structure above blanketed with transparent, undulating glass isn't someone's concept of a futuristic high-tech habitat on another planet. It's actually Google's latest design for the dome it plans to build on the 18.6 acres of land it's leasing from the government right across its headquarters. The four-story 595,000 sq. ft. edifice is called Charleston East, because the company wants to build it right next to Charleston Park. According to the application Google has recently submitted to Mountain View's local government, it will house not only offices, but also a 72,000 sq. ft. of space for retail shops and amenities, as well as underground parking.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) ? There's a new Chinese restaurant in Rochester. The name? I Don't Know.

Seriously, the I Don't Know Chinese Restaurant recently opened in the western New York city. Owner Jessie Dong tells the Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester (http://on.rocne.ws/1K98JYg ) that said she came up with the unusual name because whenever she would ask her three children what they wanted to eat, their response would be: "I don't know."

Dong said when it came time to name the new restaurant, her family didn't know that either, hence the name I Don't Know.

Dong is a native of Guangdong province in China and now lives with her family in the town of Greece, a Rochester suburb.

The Chinese restaurant recently opened up in Rochester, New York. Owner Jessie Dong says the name was inspired by her kids, who say 'I don't know' when she asks them what they want to eat.
