Clara Foods is Reimagining the Egg - starting with egg whites

Egg whites have grown in popularity as a low cholesterol, high protein food. But along with egg whites’ rising popularity, there is also a growing distaste for the environmental, welfare, and public health compromises of industrial-scale egg production.

Clara Foods aims to provide an un-compromised egg by taking the chicken out of the equation. We’re bringing an egg white to the table that is produced completely animal-free , uses less land and water inputs, while matching the taste, nutritional value, and unique culinary properties of the same egg whites we know and love.
