After performing at the Royal Albert Hall with her collaborator Tony Bennett, it was time for Lady Gaga to paint the town red.

And in typical Gaga style, the singer headed out onto the streets of London in the most outrageous outfit she could rustle up.

The 29-year-old pop star stopped traffic as she revealed most of her assets in a beaded fishnet dress, high-waisted black briefs and sequinned nipple pasties.

Of course, it wasn't too unusual, as the singer has shown her fondness for breast-baring garments many times in the past and wore three such outfits during her charity concert that night.

Gaga - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta - tottered in towering gold platforms with chunky scarlet red heels.

Her blonde tresses were fixed in place in a neat chignon and she accessoried with ornate silver earrings.

The singer was seen making her way to the Philip Treacy boutique in the upscale Belgravia neighbourhood where she picked out one of the designer's exquisite headpieces.

Gaga opted for a massive black feathered fascinator and had a little helping hand from Treacy himself who pinned it into place on her head.

The duo then left the shop hand-in-hand and made their way to Box nightclub in Soho to party the night away.

Of course, Gaga's headpiece was so big the Just Dance hit maker relied on the guiding hands of her companions to make sure she didn't bump into anything as the feathers obstructed her vision.

The fishnet number - with matching fingerless gloves - was one of many outfits that Gaga was seen in on Monday.

Earlier in the evening the star met Prince Harry before performing at the one-off concert which was in aid of WellChild.

She wore a pink bell-sleeved sequinned dress with plunging neckline which left little to the imagination.

Throwing protocol to the wind, Harry hugged the American singer, whose low cut dress was designed by Brandon Maxwell, as they posed for photographs along with her duet partner Bennett, 88.

As Harry was introduced to Lady Gaga, who thanked her for supporting the charity, she said:' We think you are fantastic.'

Gaga has teamed up with the legendary crooner Bennett on a collaborative Grammy award-winning jazz album titled Cheek To Cheek and the duo will be trotting the globe performing until August 1.

Meanwhile the singer was spotted jetting out of Belgrade, Serbia on Sunday after spending some quality time with fiance Taylor Kinney, 33.

The couple were seen enjoying a stroll by the river Danube after a romantic dinner last week.

Taylor - who is currently filming The Forest opposite Natalie Dormer in Belgrade - popped the question to Gaga in February, presenting her with a heart-shaped diamond ring.
