'My first training session since 2013': Katie Price shows off her enviable frame in workout video… as she shares sweet snap of her daughter Bunny on Instagram

She just revealed that she has not worked out properly in around two years.

And Katie Price was more than happy to share a video of her session back in the gym on Monday afternoon.

Taking to Instagram, the former glamour model could be seen lying with her back on the bench and doing a round of dumbbell chest presses while her husband, Kieran Hayler, filmed her at work.

The 37-year-old captioned the video explaining: ‘Thought I'd share My first training session since 2013 kieran has started training me today ready to get me fit and healthy like his other clients’.

While commenters pointed out that her form might need adjusting, Katie replied on Twitter saying: 'I don't care if people criticise how Kieran trains me .. We will see who's laughing when I'll look amazing like his other clients'.

Another video shared earlier in the morning saw the mother-of-five showing off her youngest tot, Bunny, in an adorable clip.

The 10-month-old could be seen pulling funny faces thanks to the flash of the camera as Katie simply wrote: ‘Bunny loving the spot light haha (sic).’

The day before saw Katie showing off her sense of humour as she poked fun at her haters by sharing playful pictures of herself - complete with a new modification.

Playing on the fact that she is often taunted for having a 'plastic' look, the businesswoman chose to pose with a gothic wig.

The buxom star uploaded two shots to the image-sharing site - the first being her in a Morticia Addams-style hair-piece, which featured a centre parting and grey strands. 

The second shot saw her resort to the more familiar territory of pouting, albeit next to a mannequin.

She captioned the shots with the message: 'You think I'm fake!!!! You think I look plastic!'.

The snaps come just days after she unveiled another, more permanent, new look on Thursday.

Taking to her Instagram account, the mother-of-five posted a picture of her glamorous new blonde hair as she sat in the back of her car, while texting on her phone. 

While her nails perfectly manicured with a neon coral colour, the star looked fairly conservative in a white blouse worn under a pastel blazer.

Katie has been blonde many times over the years but her new caramel shade is a slightly more toned down version to shades she has sported in the past.

Well, she IS a model: The former glamour queen posed in the wig alongside a pink-haired mannequin, and wrote: 'You think I'm fake!!!! You think I look plastic!'

Only last week, Katie was pictured enjoying a night out with her man at the W hotel in London, sporting her trademark dark locks. 

Taking to her social networking site, the wife of love rat Kieran, wrote:

'Never expected to go blonde so quickly and keeping my hair healthy from going dark to blonde Huge thanks to @colourb4 and @itsdash.'

Following the big reveal, the businesswoman posted a hilarious video of herself singing Marvin Gaye's hit, Sexual Healing, using an app which changes both voice and appearance.

Getting the giggles as she sang along, she captioned the video: 'Drunk on one cup of coffee @sallycairnsmua @itsdash and me on our morning break.'

Meanwhile, Katie has been happily flaunting her new chest, a huge image change for a star who found fame over a decade ago thanks to the size of her surgically-enhanced bust.

She underwent emergency surgery earlier this year to remove an infected implant, but after weeks of recovery she is now thrilled with her 32B chest, and how it has filled her with confidence.

She has just returned from celebrating her 37th birthday in Mallorca with Kieran.
