Dressing down as she stepped out in Milan, pregnant Elisabetta Canalis opted for the ultimate level of comfort as she rocked a sporty ensemble.

Dressing down while she picked up some groceries from the local supermarket, the 36-year-old added a little glamour to her outfit with the help of a designer handbag.

Completing her look with a pair of white plimsolls, Canalis accessorised with a checked beige Louis Vuitton bowling bag.

Elisabetta announced her pregnancy in May with a cute post on her Instagram wall.

Alongside an image of a pregnant Barbie doll, Canalis wrote: 'I am so excited to share this moment with you guys. My husband and I will have a little girl and I couldn't be happier.'

Gushing about her unborn baby, she continued: 'She will be the boss and we can' t wait to see her'.
