That's something to smile about! Hugh Jackman squeezes his bulging biceps into skintight top for energetic morning run... as it's revealed he's to star in Collateral Beauty

He takes his health and well-being very seriously.

So it comes as no surprise that Hugh Jackman was up bright and early at the crack of dawn on Tuesday for an energetic morning run around New York City in his skintight workout gear.

The 46-year-old actor squeezed his bulging biceps into a grey t-shirt and a pair of black Lycra pants as he pounded the pavement while clutching his yellow-coloured protein shake.

Covering his eyes with dark shades, the Wolverine star swung his tight, toned, arms back and forth as he flashed a big cheesy grin to passers-by, while sweat beads dripped down his forehead.

Hugh was clearly in a good mood on his sprint, and it's hardly surprising as it's just been revealed that he is set to star in the new flick Collateral Beauty alongside Rooney Mara, according to Variety.

The movie, which will be directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejoin, will see Hugh and Rooney, 30, reunite after they recently starred in Peter Pan's original story, Pan, which will hit the big screen in October.
