She looks a billion dollars! Business mogul Jessica Alba shows she's still down to earth as she carries her own luggage

She has just been named America's richest self made woman.

But just because she is said to have a personal fortune of $200 million and a billion dollar empire, Jessica Alba doesn't need an entourage when she is flying even though she can easily afford one.

And the 34-year-old actress and entrepreneur is still more than able to collect her own luggage and look after herself when jet-setting.

Walk tall in these Stella McCartney platform oxfords

We love Jessica Alba's laid back LA vibes. But when the Sin City actress turned up to film a commercial in these Stella McCartney platform creepers, we knew she was on to something.

The entrepreneur gussied up her basic black cardigan and stovepipe jeans with a twist on the traditional oxford shoe. Leave it to the British designer to add a chunky wooden and rubber sole to a plain pair of brogues.

Arriving in New York on Monday she looked a million dollars as she walked through JFK airport.

However despite having her fit on the ground her shoes kept her a few inches above it as she wore a pair of $995 Stella McCartney 'Britt' creeper style shoes with elevated platforms

Looking fresh faced and relaxed, Jessica sipped on a Starbucks coffee as she sashayed through the terminal in her black and white ensemble.

Wearing a wide brimmed trilby style hat, she had a smile on her face as she hid her honey coloured locks under her head wear.

Her laid back look was completed with a white smock style dress, black casual cardigan, DKNY tights and a lose fitting blazer slung over one arm.

A lacy crop top could be seen underneath her outfit.

Jessica was happy to manhandle her own suitcase off of the conveyor belt as she collected her luggage.

She has been clocking up the air miles in recent days after a trip to Korea to launch Honest the range of natural, eco friendly products which have made her wealth.

It includes everything from non-toxic and eco-friendly diapers and $13 hypoallergenic laundry detergent, to $170 vegan-leather diaper bags, and $14 organic beeswax sunscreen

Showcasing the brand in Seoul on Thursday, the actress turned businesswoman started The Honest Company in 2012.

It has gone on to make her incredibly wealthy, with Forbes naming her America's richest self-made woman putting her on the cover of its latest issue.

Branding her 'Hollywood's smartest mommy mogul' it revealed in a short timespan Honest has gained a valuation of $1 billion with the actress holding a 15 to 20 percent stake.

The business was co-founded with Christopher Gavigan and the pair teamed up with Web entrepreneur Brian Lee and fourth co-founder Sean Kane.

It was inspired in 2008 when Jessica was engaged to Cash Warren and expecting their first child, daughter Honor, who is now six.

The couple, who also have three-year-old Haven together, married the same year, and it was being a mother which kick started the star's business empire.

Her mother Cathy at a baby shower advised her to use baby detergent to prewash the onesies she received as gifts and Jessica used a mainstream brand.

The actress broke out in ugly red welts that reminded her of childhood problems with bad allergies, chronic asthma and regular bouts with pneumonia.

'She was the most sensitive child,' her mother Cathy told Forbes.

The detergent incident prompted Jessica to search out more natural and eco-friendly products and she even tried making her own cleaning products out of baking soda, vinegar and essential oils.

'I felt like my needs weren’t being met as a modern person. I want beautiful design like everybody else. But it shouldn’t be premium-priced, and it should, of course, be safe,' she said.

The company in its first year of selling products reached $10 million in revenue and by 2014 that figure had climbed to $150 million.
