Kim Kardashian has admitted in the past to using Botox and even had the procedure performed while appearing on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2010.

And judging from a fun selfie posted on Wednesday, the 34-year-old pregnant star appears to have had the line-smoothing injections done again in recent months.

In the snap shared on both Instagram and Twitter, the E! queen is seen scrunching up her face as she flashes a peace sign while sitting next to older sister Kourtney, 36. The image was capture while at Kanye West's 38th birthday bash at the Staples Center in LA on Monday.

As Kim made her odd facial expression - which included her lower lip being pulled down and her eyes being squishy together - tiny wrinkles could be seen on her nose, but her forehead remained remarkably flat.

This look is a rare move for the Vogue cover darling who normally is seen with a Zoolander-borrowed Blue Steel expression that is photo shoot ready.

WHAT IS BOTOX?

Botox is a drug made from a toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum.

It's the same toxin that causes a life-threatening type of food poisoning called botulism.

Doctors use it in small doses to temporarily smooth of facial wrinkles as well as for Blepharospasm (uncontrollable blinking) and chronic migraine, among other things.

Doctors can charge anywhere from $10 to $20 a unit for Botox and often getting the forehead region done can total anywhere from $300 to $1500 depending on how much a doctor uses.

Four months earlier Kim told ABC News' Nightline she had used Botox.

'I'm totally not against plastic surgery,' she said to Cynthia McFadden. 'I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done.'

During the same show she said that she has never had her 'nose done' and Kris Jenner, 59, added none of the girls have undergone nose surgery.

It is possible that the star could have had Botox before getting pregnant.

It has been claimed by several outlets that the Kardashian Kollection designer is at least three months along.

The effects of Botox can last for up to one year, according to Dentox.

Also on Wednesday UsWeekly alleged that Kim and Kanye are expecting a baby boy.

It was added, 'Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make his world complete he wanted a little boy, an heir. 'He's overjoyed!'
