For the website’s photo contest NGTDailyShot, and the magazine’s monthly photo contest Big Shot, only digital photographs related to our specified monthly theme will be accepted.

We’re looking for photo essays that tell a story from a distinct angle, and have a cohesive theme; not merely a collection of photographs on a broad subject.  We are interested in photos with a “you-are-there” quality, which capture the feel of a place.

Photographers must furnish complete caption information, including who, what, when, and where. Failure to comply will result in payment being withheld.
