She's a keen gym bunny, and is regularly seen working up a sweat at exercise classes.

And Jordana Brewster showcased the fruits of her labour as she put on a leggy display while enjoying a spot of retail therapy in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

The 35-year-old actress looked happy and relaxed as she went about her day, displaying her toned and tanned pins to perfection in a flirty polka dot minidress.

Featuring a flattering drop waist and a floaty skater skirt, the Fast and Furious star's monochrome number proved to be a stylish and practical choice in the Los Angeles heat. 

The mother-of-one, who raises son, Julian, 21 months, with director husband Andrew Forum, teamed her pretty dress with a pair of comfortable black leather sandals, and sheltered her eyes from the sun with a pair of dark shades.

Jordana wore her glossy raven locks poker straight, and opted for natural make-up to showcase her striking features.

Jordana and husband Andrew met in 2006 on the set of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, of which Andrew served as producer.

The pair announced their engagement that same year in November - one month after the film was released. 

A year later they wed in a private ceremony in the Bahamas, before welcoming sun Julian via surrogate in September 2013.

Jordana's breakthrough role came in 2001 when she was cast as Mia Toretto in The Fast and the Furious, where she starred alongside Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker.

She also starred in the series' fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh films, contributing to the series becoming Universal's biggest franchise of all time.

The actress has not yet confirmed if she'll reprise her role for Fast and Furious 8 next year.
