Can't get no satisfaction? Mick Jagger 'flies ballerina girlfriend Melanie Hamrick 500 miles for hotel romp on Rolling Stones US tour'

Mick Jagger flew his 28-year-old ballerina girlfriend Melanie Hamrick 500 miles across the US so he could whisk her to his hotel after a Rolling Stones gig, according to reports.

The veteran rocker - who sparked controversy when he was seen embracing her on a balcony just weeks after his girlfriend L'Wren Scott's suicide - paid for the dancer to fly from New York to Ohio.

The Satisfaction singer, 71, arranged for Melanie to jet in on a commercial flight and watch the Stones play at Ohio Stadium in Columbus late last month.

The ballerina was kept out of the limelight after the concert as she was quietly driven by chauffeur to Mick's hotel, but was in plain sight at the gig.

A source told The Sun: 'Mick's been very careful about keeping their relationship quiet. Organising for Melanie to be chauffeur-driven on her own to his hotel is a perfect example.

'But he seems to be relaxing about her presence in public.

'She certainly wasn't hidden away at the gig. She was in full view of everyone.'

Melanie, who performs with the American Theater Ballet Company, met Mick at a Stones concert in Tokyo weeks before L'Wren Scott, 49, committed suicide last year.

Scott's family were furious when a photograph emerged of Mick and Melanie embracing on a balcony in Zurich, Switzerland, 11 weeks after L'Wren died.

Her sister Jan Shane called Jagger's behaviour 'grotesquely disrespectful,' but her brother said he had nothing but warm regards for the rocker, whose love for his sister he 'never questioned'.

Sources close to the Stones frontman say Mick and Melanie were not in a sexual relationship until the Zurich trip.

The pair are rarely seen together, but were pictured leaving an upscale building in Manhattan in March before getting into a car.
