Cuba Gooding Jr has been caught with his pants down.
The actor was caught as he filmed a memorable chase scene as O.J. Simpson on Wednesday.
The 47-year-old was seen fleeing in a pair of white underwear while brandishing a revolver on the set of American Crime Story: The People Vs OJ Simpson.
The scene appears to be a recreation of the moment Simpson fled to his infamous white Ford Bronco on June 17, 1994 and led police on a low-speed chase down Interstate 405.
Bizarre scenes: Cuba Gooding Jr was spotted filming a bizarre chase scene as O.J. Simpson on Wednesday
Drama: The chase scene was the latest shot on the set of American Crime Story: The People Vs OJ Simpson.
Deranged: The Oscar-winner looked unhinged as he bolted from the famous white Ford Bronco
Looking increasingly unhinged, Gooding bolted from the car wearing a yellow polo shirt, black shoes and brown socks pulled up over his calves - but no trousers.
The scene uses a bit of artistic license, as while news cameras were following Simpson during the chase that day, they did not get him entering or exiting his vehicle.
During the real event O.J. - born Orenthal James - allegedly held a gun to his own head while in the backseat, and his former teammate Al Cowlings (played by Malcolm-Jamal Warner in the series) drove the SUV.
Simpson had been announced a fugitive after he failed to show up at 11am to surrender to authorities earlier that day.
It was also during the chase that Simpson got on the phone with police to give his side of the story as it pertained to where he was when his ex was murdered.
Shortly before he called authorities, his friend Robert Kardashian read a letter from the football star that said; 'I've had a great life, great friends. Please think of the real O.J. and not this lost person. Thanks for making my life special. I hope I helped yours. Peace and love. O.J.'
The two men were pursued by police from Orange County all the way to Simpson's Brentwood home where he finally surrendered.
In the Bronco, authorities found Simpson's passport, a change of underwear, and a fake mustache and beard.
An eye-popping 95M viewers tuned in as the troubled football star, then 47, fled, and his Los Angeles fans even held signs and rooted for his escape in real-time on the sidelines.
No way out: The scene is part of OJs infamous slow speed car chase which took place on June 17, 1994
Wardrobe malfunction: Cuba wore a yellow polo shirt, black shoes and brown socks pulled up over his calves - but no trousers
Artistic licence: OJ fleeing in his underwear is a detail that never arose during the trial
On October 3, 1995, a jury acquitted Simpson of the gruesome crimes but, two years later, a civil trial made the former running back financially liable for the pair's wrongful deaths.
Brown, 35, and Goldman, 25, were found on the walkway of her Brentwood home brutally murdered on June 12, five days before the chase.
She and Simpson had divorced two years prior, and in 1989 he had pleaded no contest to spousal abuse.
They met in 1977 while brown was a waitress and began dating a few years later after Simpson left his wife, eventually marrying in 1985.
The couple had two children, Sydney and Justin, who Simpson was able to gain custody of after being acquitted of murder.
At the time of their murders, Goldman had been returning a pair of eyeglasses Brown's mother left at the restaurant he worked at in Brentwood.

'We've only been filming a week, and it's been a revelation some of these things that we have to revisit,' Gooding Jr. told the Associated Press.
'It's been an emotional rollercoaster. I think it's shocking when you start to uncover the events surrounding, not just the discovery of the bodies, but the trial and the evidence.
