She's kept fans waiting for a big reveal.

And now, after two weeks wrapped up in bandages, Roxy Jacenko has teased social media followers with the near-final results of her nose job.

Since undergoing rhinoplasty late last month, the 35-year-old PR maven, reality star and author has keenly documented the heeling process via her Instagram account.

From bruised black eyes to bloody bandages, Roxy's posts have detailed her painful progress, but on Saturday, things took a playful turn for the successful blonde, who stepped out with just a slither of tape for support.

The mother-of-two joined a group of gal pals for a shopping expedition to Costco, where she happily posed for photographs mid-shop.

The stunning results of her cosmetic surgery are clearly evident in the happy snaps, despite still wearing a little tape.

The brains behind Sweaty Betty PR told Daily Mail Australia on Sunday: 'I wish it was ready!'

She explained that some swelling had prevented her from removing the tape just yet.

Following the procedure a fortnight ago, Roxy explained to DMA the reason behind the face-altering surgery.

'It's something I have needed to do for some time,' she said.

'I haven't breathed through my nose in as long as I can remember and have never had the time to get it sorted out, so was time to get it fixed to make sleeping easier,' she added.

'And whilst I was there, make it a little smaller and remove quite a bump that I had!'

In the last fortnight, she's celebrated her birthday with a series of fabulous dinners and continued to run her PR and fashion agencies, all while looking luxe in designer garb.
