'I am so excited for her!' Briana Cuoco will sing at sister Kaley's wedding... after star pushed her to try out for The Voice

She stepped out of her famous sister's shadow to star on this season of The Voice.

And while Briana Cuoco is loving every moment of being in the spotlight, she has revealed her biggest gig is yet to come - singing at Kaley's wedding.

Briana, 24, couldn't be more pleased that her 27-year-old sister, who stars on The Big Bang Theory, is getting married to the 'best guy on the planet' - professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting.

'I am so excited for her,' Briana gushed to Extra. 'Ryan is the best guy on the planet. It’s just perfect.'

While no date has been set for the nuptials as of yet, Briana fully intends on serenading the couple on their happy day.

'We always talked and dreamt about me singing the first song at her wedding. So, hopefully, I'm expecting her to ask me,' Briana said.

The Voice contestant said that it was Kaley who encouraged her to audition on the NBC talent show.

And after working as Kaley's personal assistant for years, the younger Cuoco is finally feeling what it's like to be a star too.

'She has been telling me to do it for years. "You have to go on The Voice It’s the best show!"' Briana told Extra.

'The opportunity came and timing was everything and it just happened.'

Briana, who is the dark-haired and hazel-eyed one of the sibling duo, wowed everyone in the audience and the superstar panel with her heartfelt rendition of Lady Gaga's You And I in last Monday's episode.

She had Kaley wiping away the tears as Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green pressed their buttons and fought to have Briana on their team.

Briana admitted to Extra that she initially wished Adam Levine or Blake Shelton would choose her but was bowled over when Christina did.

'I never thought in a million years Christina would turn around, to be honest with you. She’s like the best vocalist of all time,' Briana said.

'I never imagined she would actually turn around for me. It’s a huge compliment… She’s been incredibly lovely. I am incredibly lucky to be with her.'

Christina had only praise for the aspiring singer.

'Sometimes you are sitting in this seat and you are struck by the subtleness of a vocal, and then sometimes you are just moved by power and raw talent - and I really enjoyed it,' Christina said on the show.

'You held out those notes really, really strong,' Christina told her. 'You made me happy.'

An all-new The Voice airs Monday on NBC.
