Surprise! Former winner Brian Belo returns to Big Brother alongside 'Legendary Housemates' Nikki Grahame and Helen Wood for Time Warp week

The ultimate Essex lad is set to return to Big Brother as Brian Belo prepared to head back into the house on Friday night.

Brian joins 'Legendary Housemates' Nikki Grahame and last year's winner Helen Wood for a special Time Warp week, joining Friday's evictee in the room away from the main house, where they will spy on their fellow contestants.

The 27-year-old from Basildon won the eight season of Big Brother in 2007, during which he famously revealed that he had no idea who William Shakespeare was.

Belo is back! Brian, who won Big Brother series eight, returns in Friday night's episode

Brian, who has since carved out an entertainment career commenting on the reality show, describes himself as a 'true Big Brother geek', who had been taping episodes of the show long before he joined in 2007.

'I’ve even got the Big Brother eye tattooed on my arm, it's the only tattoo I’ve got,' the 27-year-old revealed.

Despite being a massive fan, Brian says he is not going into the house to cause drama, adding: 'I’m not going to cause any rows. It’s not in me to cause a row on purpose.

'What I’m going to do is I’m going to bring up the general morale of the house. Big Brother houses work best when they’ve got good camaraderie. And that’s what I will bring to the house.

Brian joins season seven favourite Nikki - famous for her temper tantrums and catchphrases such as 'Who IS she?' - as residents of a 'secret lair' alongside last year's winner Helen Wood.

It will Nikki's second return to the BB house. Following her showstopping original appearance in 2006, she returned in 2010 for Ultimate Big Brother, which pitted the best contestants from the normal and celebrity versions against each other.

Unlike Brian, the original Queen of Tantrums has promised to bring drama to the house.

'Of course I’m going to cause drama,' the bubbly blonde said.

'I’m in for a week, I’m not there to win, I’m not there to be liked and I can’t get nominated so I will not be holding back.'

When asked if fans will be seeing a different Nikki to the one who entered the house in 2006, she said: 'I’d like to say yes, but I can’t be confident in that.'

And in true Nikki spirit, when probed on three things viewers do not know about her, she said: 'I can put my legs behind my head, I can do the splits and I’m very good at doing impressions of accents all over the UK and Ireland.'

Nikki - who romanced fellow housemate and 2006 winner Pete Bennett during her first stint in the house - previously hinted she was going to return to the show.

She at the time: 'I'm not going in tonight but I would quite fancy doing 'I'm A Celeb' before I go back in the house. I don't want to spoil any surprises.'

The 33-year-old star is also adamant that she 'mellowed' since her first time on the show.

She added: 'I was a real crazy character, wasn't I? But that was like ten years ago. I had a lot of nervous energy. I've mellowed.'

Meanwhile, Helen - who is known for having reportedly slept with footballer Wayne Rooney - has revealed she wants to stir things up when she enters the lair.

She said: 'I want to go in and stir up a hornets nest. Who the f**k wants to sit and watch a bunch of people getting along?'

The former prostitute was one of the franchise's most controversial winners when she triumphed last year.

2012's CBB champion Denise Welch was so unhappy at Helen winning, she wrote: 'bbuk I've just heard. I'm appalled. I'm upset.'

This week's nominees for eviction are Irish stripper Marc, personal trainer Sam and Mr. Showbiz Simon.

Together with the 'Legendary Housemates', whoever ‘leaves’ the Big Brother House tonight will live a parallel life to their unsuspecting neighbours and will be set their own special tasks.

It's the latest twist in this series - airing on Channel 5 - and follows the 'four in four out' night, where four housemates were evicted and replaced with four new contestants.
