Pretty in pink! Katy Perry dresses up for date night in London after John Mayer jets in from Norway to see her

They’re both juggling hectic schedules but Katy Perry and John Mayer have been making sure their relationship doesn’t suffer. 

The couple enjoyed a date night in London on Friday as Katy continues the promotional trail for her new album Prism while John is on the European leg of his latest tour. 

John, 36, flew in from Norway to be reunited with his girlfriend, who made sure to dress up for their romantic dinner date in a demure pink dress.

28-year-old Katy added a pink Chanel bag and purple velvet shoes, leaving her black hair loose around her shoulders for their meal at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Battersea.

John was dapper in a suit and tie ensuring he didn’t look out of place beside glamorous Katy.

The power couple enjoyed a lavish seven course meal, costing £180 each, at the popular eatery before heading back to Claridge’s hotel.

It was recently claimed things are so serious between the pair that John will propose to Katy any day now.

'Everyone knows it's just a question of when John will propose,' one of the musician's pals dished to Us Weekly after John took Katy to his brother Carl's nuptials at New York's Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club last weekend.

And Katy fuelled the rumours by sending a sweet tweet early Wednesday morning to wish her beau a happy 36th birthday.

'Happy birthday cutie!!! @JohnMayer,' the Roar singer wrote to John, who was in Denmark on the European leg of his tour.

The pair, famous for their 15-month on-off relationship, appeared to be more loved up than ever at the wedding with Katy being treated like a member of the family, according to a fellow guest.

Best man John snapped photos of Katy dancing with his dad, Richard, 86 and generous Katy 'popped Cristal for everyone at the after party,' the source told Us Weekly.

Katy and John got back together in July after a three-month break. 

They first began dating after Katy's divorce from British actor Russell Brand.

They face time apart in the near future with Katy promoting Prism, while John continues his European tour after the August 20 release of his sixth studio album, Paradise Valley.

However, the cute couple will be in constant touch on the road. 'They Skype and text all day,' an insider told Us Weekly. 'John always checks in before bed!'
