EXCLUSIVE Brian Belo admits 'scary' Helen Wood would be his NIGHTMARE Big Brother housemate... as they are thrown into secret bunker together

He made his top secret comeback to Big Brother on Friday, eight years after he first shot to fame on the hit reality show.

But Brian Belo's second stint inside the house turned into an instant nightmare - as he was thrown into the Time Warp bunker with last year's fiery winner, Helen Wood.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline before his big comeback, Essex boy Brian, 27, admitted he would struggle to complete the secret task with the former prostitute, famed for allegedly bedding married footballer Wayne Rooney.

He said: 'I have said this and I have got a feeling she is going to be in there, Helen Wood. She scares me!

'I didn’t see much of her year but from what I did see she was screaming in people’s faces. She might be different if I got to know her but at first glance it’s Helen Wood.'

However, Brian does have one friendly face in the bunker with him - 2006 favourite Nikki Grahame.

Opening up about who he'd loved to see in the house before he stepped in on Friday, he added: 'Nikki Grahame because she is TV gold isn’t she! I know it is going to be a good week if Nikki is in there.'

The trio of 'legendary housemates' have been drafted in the shake up this year's show. Irish stripper Marc thought he had been evicted during Friday's live show - but he just been voted to live in the bunker with Brian, Nikki and Helen for the weekend.

The troublesome quartet will then return to the house next week - and reveal they've been watching them the entire time.

Brian went on to win his series in 2007 and famously enjoyed a romance with Amanda Marchant, one half of twin double act Samanda, and is equally as keen to find love this time around - and he's got his eye on Irish stunner Jade.

'I am single, I am yeah, and I have said all day it would be Jade,' he enthused. 'If the twins [evicted housemates Amy and Sally Broadbent] were still in there I would say different! The ones I really liked have gone!'

He won over the public during his original run on the show, which was then shown on Channel 4, thanks to his naivety and nice guy personality, but Brian - who was the youngest ever winner aged just 20 - insists viewers will see a different side to him this time around.

He adds: They will see more of a balance of me, my sense of humour is silly and because of people knowing that when I walk into a room people want me to laugh.

'Obviously there has been a lot of serious stuff which has happened to me over the last 8 years where I have had to roll my sleeves up and get on with it.

'I think people will see a more reflective side of me and I think they will see more of a balance, you will see me being a man. But I don’t want to force it too much I just want to enjoy it.

'Big Brother is about people and all about the Housemates and you have to leave your ego at the door.'

And who is this previous champion tipping to win this year's show?

'I have said all along I think Danny is going to win. I think he has got the [2005 winner] Anthony Hutton esque that’s going to get him there and he will be on the front cover of all the magazines and be the one to take the crown at the end.
