Don't fear the fitting room! Target says there's a swimsuit for everyone - and proves it by using four 'real' girls to model its summer swimwear collection
Swimsuit shopping can be a nightmare for many women, but Target's new ads aim to show shoppers that there's a flattering fit for every figure.
The Target Loves Every Body campaign stars four 'real' women - who are bloggers, not models - wearing the season's bikinis and one-piece suits.
Besides flaunting their assets in a series of images, the women also star in a video alongside Marie Claire editor Zanna Roberts Rossi.

While these ladies may not be famous for walking the runway, they all certainly know a thing or two about style.
Each 'real' girl is the face of a popular fashion blog: Nashelly Messina writes Fabulatina, Nikki Minton runs My Style Diaries, Sarah Boyd blogs for Simply Stylist, and Chantè Burkett is the creator of Everything Curvy and Chic.
'We know there is no "one suit fits all" and wanted to help women feel confident this summer and empowered to try different styles, no matter their size or shape,' a spokesperson for Target told BuzzFeed.

Always bikini ready: Nikki (pictured) said the campaign will open people's eyes to 'the fact that everyone has their fit struggles and triumphs'
Making the most of one's assets: In a video released by Target, editor Zanna also offers tips for disguising and highlighting different features
The fashion-forward foursome also shared their experiences posing for a national campaign.
'I think it’s great to celebrate girls (and guys!) of all body types,' said Nikki from My Style Diaries. 'I certainly don’t have a "model body", but I think the campaign can open our eyes to the fact that everyone has their fit struggles and triumphs.'
Chantè of Everything Curvy and Chic added: 'Being the only plus-size girl in this swimsuit campaign really challenged my confidence. And to be honest, I never felt more confident in my life.'
In the video, Zanna from Marie Claire asks each of the women about their favorite - and least favorite - body parts. Their answers vary - whereas Nikki's long torso is the feature she most likes to show off, Chantè and Nashelly don't love their tummies. Sarah and Nikki both name their busts as their 'challenging area', but Sarah's issue is that her breasts are small, while Nikki's is that hers are big.

Mix and mesh this summer in a Target swimsuit
If you're anything like us, swimwear shopping is a stressful experience. Itsy bitsy bikinis made for manikins. But luckily lately brands have been waking up to the fact we aren't all size zeros.
Take Target. They've now introduced a new swim range that caters and compliments a whole range of shapes and figures. We love all the pieces in the collection but this sheer all-in-one bathing suit is a total must have.
It's figure flattering and forgiving but with all those cut outs and mesh panels, it's super sexy too. And at just $39.99, it's also really light on the purse. Click right to get yours now- before they sell out!

Zanna also runs down the best swimsuit features for each, offering tips for minimizing a tummy, supporting a big bust, and adding the illusion of curves.
'It's hard to make sense of all the endless swimwear options out there,' she says. 'And narrowing them down to the picks to fit and flatter your frame will make all the difference.
Though the new campaign spotlights and celebrates women of different sizes, Target has earned criticism in the past for offering limited availability of plus-sizes in its diffusion lines, as well as changing the color of a dress from 'heather grey' to 'manatee grey' for its plus-size options.
In February, the company also introduced a plus-size brand called Ava & Viv, which runs in size from 14 to 26 and X to 4X.
