They both have potentially life-changing offers from Simon Cowell to take up a seat on The X Factor panel.

So it's no wonder Rita Ora and her pal Nick Grimshaw had a lot to discuss during a meeting a pub in London this week.

The pair were seen in deep conversation after having a drink at The Lansdowne in Camden as speculation they will be unveiled as the new judges on this year's series heat up.

However, the pair may want to rethink their wardrobes before they agree to sign up to the biggest Saturday night show on TV.

Rita continued to rock her love of biker grunge in a distressed leather jacket, ripped T-shirt and rolled up pants, while Radio 1 DJ Nick opted for an equally scruffy ensemble, sporting an open shirt over a striped T-shirt and jeans with huge holes in the thighs and knees.

Their discussion comes as Rita revealed she was flattered to be at the centre of a bidding war, as Simon tries to poach her away from her role as a coach on The Voice.

Speaking on KISS FM on Friday, she insisted that she was 'flattered' to be in demand.

A source said: 'ITV is pulling out all of the stops to grab Rita. She has bee told that she could be the Queen of Saturday night telly like Cilla Black was.'

It's not yet clear if this heightened offer will tempt the Hot Right Now singer as she has previously turned down offers to join The X Factor.
