She proudly calls the South her stomping grounds. 

And while perusing her wardrobe on Saturday, Reese Witherspoon decided on a very cowgirl-inspired outfit to run a few errands in.  

The Louisiana born 39-year-old kept it comfortable in a striped shirt and tight cropped jeans as she filled up her gas tank in Brentwood.

Finishing off the cowgirl effect were a pair of suede ankle boots that were fully exposed thanks to her Capri trousers.   

Reese appeared to have skipped the makeup routine while glamming up the look with blue tinted aviators.

The Walk The Line actress finished off the look with a white T-shirt that bore the logo from her new company, Draper James.

Looking relaxed, Reese appeared to have taken the advice she dispensed to her Instagram followers on Friday. 

'It's the weekend y'all... take it in!!' she captioned a snap of her smelling a blooming baby pink rose. 

The usually on-the-go actress appeared to be embracing the lull in the schedule, which has no doubt been packed ever since she debuted her new company Draper James last month.

The range, which she said is inspired by the American South, sells clothes, jewellery and purses as well as home decor and linens.

The Oscar-winner will also open up her first brick and mortar store in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee this fall.  

With products inspired by her southern upbringing, the company name is a combination of Reese's grandparents, Dorothea Draper and William James Witherspoon.

'I created Draper James to honor my past and allow others to embrace the beauty, style and excitement that embodies what is happening in the South today,' she previously said.

Though Reese is spreading her wings outside of the film world, the actress continues to nab leading roles.

Reese will star as the title character in the upcoming live action Tinker Bell movie, and she will also appear in Paul Feig's Wish List.
