She is going for quite a different style during her second pregnancy, and has already been spotted in latex and see-through dresses.

But Kim Kardashian might be ready for a change as her tiny bump continues to grow.

The 34-year-old was spotted shopping at the Westfield Topanga Mall in Canoga Park, California on Wednesday, perhaps on the hunt for some new maternity clothes.

Kim was covering up her famous figure as she arrived at the shopping centre, dressed in all-black.

The reality star wore a simple tank top and trousers under a thick coat, and teetered along in a pair of kitten heels.

Kim slicked her dark locks into a ponytail, and wore a full face of make-up, including dramatic smoky eyes and pale pink lips.

She accessorised with a pair of oversized sunglasses and her delicate gold 'Nori' necklace.

It was revealed during a preview for the second half of Keeping Up With The Kardashians' tenth season that Kim is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West.

On Monday, their daughter North turned two and they treated her to an extravagant birthday party at Disneyland.

Kim's sisters Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie were also at the bash, which Kim shared lots of photos from on Wednesday before heading shopping.

And it was back to business for the most famous member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan on Tuesday, as she was seen visiting her DASH boutique on Melrose Avenue.

Rumours have been swirling that the star is expecting a little boy with her rapper husband of one year.

However Kim tweeted last week: 'So many rumors...we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet!'

She added for emphasis: 'Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!'

While she is staying tight-lipped on the sex of her unborn child for now, Kim has been vocal about her struggles with morning sickness and a recent bout of laryngitis.

'To be honest, I've had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness. I can barely get out of bed,' she told Us Weekly.

Kim also said that she is making an effort to stay healthy during her second pregnancy, revealing: 'This time around I have a nutritionist to keep me healthy while I’m pregnant.

'The last pregnancy, I ate a donut every single day, I’m not doing that this time. But I've also been taking it easy and enjoying myself.'
