Southampton have completed their second signing of the summer by bringing in Sporting Lisbon right back Cedric Soares.  The 23-year-old has agreed a four-year contract at St Mary's Stadium and joins Malaga striker Juanmi, who joined the club on Tuesday. Executive director of football Les Reed told the Saints website: 'Cédric represents a quality addition to our squad, and is another player with a desire and hunger to succeed.
