Her glamorous transformation certainly turned heads but when Kate Winslet debuted her new svelte figure she couldn’t help but raise a few eyebrows as well.

Eighteen months on from having her third child, the actress, 39, looked back to her best as she appeared to have lost any hints of remaining baby weight.

But her unusually arched brow led some to question how the star achieved such a stunning transformation, with experts claiming it could be a tell-tale sign of Botox.

The skin smoothing injections might also explain the Oscar winner’s enviable complexion but she has always denied have had any form of cosmetic surgery.

Earlier this year she claimed to have no desire to lose her baby weight after having her third child Bear Blaze, one. However, at the New York premiere of her film A Little Chaos, her figure hugging black dress and statuesque figure appears to suggest otherwise.

Her new curves could be down to the high-end pushchair she used to ferry around Bear, which had special features allowing her to exercise while on the move.

While her other children – Mia, 14, and Joe, 11 – made do with high street models, Bear was been treated to a distinctly more showbiz form of transport – a top-of-the-range £1,000 Thule Chariot CX1.

It comes with a crossbar that can attach it to a bike or even skis, while an ‘ergonomic’ handlebar means Miss Winslet would have no problems taking it for a jog.

Asked earlier this year if she had been actively trying to shift her baby weight with a diet, she told Harper’s Bazaar: ‘No, I haven’t. I genuinely b***** haven’t. I so didn’t want to be one of those “Oh wow, she’s back in shape after 12 weeks!” women. When I read things like that, I just think, “Oh, for f***’s sake, that’s actually impossible.” I was nowhere near my pre-pregnancy shape when Bear was 12 weeks old – I was breastfeeding, apart from anything else, and hungry all the time – and nor would I have wanted to be.

‘And, do you know what? My body will never go back to what it was, and I wouldn’t expect it to after three babies. To my mind, life is just too short to be spending time focusing on things like that. I want to keep my health and my sanity and be well and feel happy. Plus, I want to have fun. And that’s the other thing about having children; it is so much fun. And if you spend too much of your time focusing on the wrong stuff, like how much you weigh, then you forget to enjoy the fun stuff, don’t you?’

Miss Winslet is married to her third husband, Ned Rocknroll, 37, whose uncle is Sir Richard Branson. She has previously been married to the directors Sam Mendes and Jim Threapleton.

Mark Norfolk, Clinical Director, at Transform Cosmetic Surgery said of Miss Winslet’s new look: ‘Most notable is her line free shiny forehead pointing to Botox use. If you look closely at the most recent image, you can see that her left eyebrow is slightly higher than the right – this is a classic tell tale sign but should settle down after a week or so’.

Her representatives did not respond to requests for comment.
