She gave birth only four weeks ago but Keira Knightley has not struggled to regain her figure.

The actress, 30, revealed she has bounced back to her svelte pre-pregnancy self as she took her child for a stroll in its pram with her musician husband James Righton, 31.

While she showed off an undeniably large baby bump on the red carpets of awards season, there was not an ounce of extra weight to be seen as she was pictured walking down the road near her London home.

She told American talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: ‘Somebody said to me the other day, the problem with boys is — sorry, this is horrible — but when you’re changing their nappies, you can get the wee in your face. I never knew that before, so it was terrifying.

‘And apparently they roll as well, so you have to try to stop them while you’re trying to grab something else in order to stop them peeing in your face. So that sounds quite interesting.’
