'I did not have a C-section': Hilaria Baldwin responds to skeptics with another bump selfie... as she shows off her figure just FIVE days after giving birth

She bravely put her post-baby body on display on Friday for the whole world to see, just three days after welcoming son Rafael.

And it seems the selfie - showing her side profile with rounded belly - caused quite a stir as Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram again on Sunday to clarify some points with her followers.

The 30-year-old wife of actor Alec Baldwin shared another image - this time showing her figure from the front - to show skeptics that she had a natural labour.

The avid yogi wrote: 'This is for those of you who are getting into some pretty serious arguments with each other about if I had a c section or not...this should clear it up: as you can see from this pic, I did not have a c section.'

Lifting her top to reveal her stomach, the brunette beauty placed one hand on her hip and kept her expression focused and serious.

She continued: 'The other question has been speculation as to why I stayed in the hospital a few days. Rafael came a little early (nothing extreme) so we just wanted to stay an extra night and make sure all is ok.

'Due dates are estimates and he came out a healthy weight. I'm actually lucky because given another few weeks, he would have been HUGE!'

Hilaria was spotted out in New York City the same day wearing a fitted black top which displayed her ample cleavage and her lingering baby bump.

Her dark hair was pulled into a ponytail as she made some purchases at a toy store and she looked casual but workout-ready.

She kept her accessories to a minimum as well - sunglasses, a simple necklace, wedding ring, and a black purse.

Loose-fitting blue trousers and apricot-strapped flip flops completed the look.

The fitted cut of her shirt meant that Hilaria's post-baby bump was visible.

Since Raphael's birth, Hilaria has done nothing to hide that bump, even posting an underwear-only selfie from the hospital.

'I have been planning on doing post belly photos but didn't know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through,' she wrote as a caption.

'I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle bringing life into this world,' Hilaria added.

On Saturday, Hilaria confidently carried in baby Raphael and his carrier from the hospital and into her apartment on her own.

That independence might be a necessary trait for the now-mother-of two, since husband Alec is a highly in-demand performer.

The former 30 Rock star even had a gig at the 2015 Fragrance Foundation Awards on Tuesday, the day his first son was born.

Hilaria seemed to be doing just fine on her own though, carefully carrying Raphael's baby seat with a blue, white, and black blanket draped over it.

The child's proud mother wore her dark and straight hair in a messy ponytail and accessorized only with sunglasses and her wedding ring.

Over a little black dress, she kept warm with an over-sized grey cardigan that fell almost to Hilaria's bare knees.

Black flip-flops completed the coming-home outfit.

Once there, Hilaria had to be in charge of both of her young children - including 22-month-old daughter Carmen.

On the same day that she posted her post-baby-body photo, Hilaria also revealed that she had been in labour in an Instagram pic posted on Tuesday at New York's Guild Hall.
