Charlotte McKinney sure seemed to be pulling a 'Kate' at the Los Angeles premiere of her new flick Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old model-turned-actress showed off her curvaceous figure in a tight-fitting black pantsuit that seemed a size too small for her frame.

Sex appeal: Charlotte McKinney put out the sexy vibes while attending the LA premiere of her new film Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser on Wednesday

That may have been the object she had in mind for wearing a clingy black top boasting lots of cleavage and trousers that stopped short of her ankles to reveal silver pumps.

The black blazer fit her snugly around her shoulders with three-quarter length sleeves bunched up at the elbows.

Charlotte may not have reached her potential on season 20 of Dancing With The Stars - she and partner Keoikantse Motsepe were the second couple to be eliminated - but her premiere presence stole the show.

Move over, Kate Upton: While Charlotte recently tweeted that she doesn't like comparisons to her Carl's Jr. ad rival Kate Upton, she sure seemed to be pulling a 'Kate' pose at this event

The blonde wore her hair in a sassy updo with strands escaping on either side of her face, while lavender-hued lipstick and shadow brightened up her features.

Charlotte, who followed Kate's lead and appeared in the sexy Carl's Jr. Super Bowl ads, said last month that she's 'over' the comparisons to Upton, also 23.

'I’m over it. I believe we're two totally different people and we have different career paths,' Charlotte tweeted on May 6.

Of course, Charlotte has been rumoured to be romancing actor Stephen Dorff after they were seen cavorting at a nightclub in Paris on May 31 and shopping for groceries in Malibu on April 14.

The film's Brittany Daniel competed for attention in a low-cut black two-piece ensemble with a partially sheer skirt to show off more leg.

Support system: Cynthia lent her familial support to Brittany who stars in Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser and had a role in the original film as well
